Abstract:Purpose
Intrauterine adhesion (IUA) is one of the obstetrics and gynecology diseases that affect female fertility. The treatment of hysteroscopic adhesiolysis in combination with postoperative hormone therapy has not gained satisfactory effects yet. Since growth hormone (GH) promotes endometrial growth, we wanted to explore the therapeutic effect of GH on patients with moderate to severe IUA clinically.
