Effect of hydrogen sulfide(H2S) fumigation on quality of passionfruit (Passiflora edulis sims)

Abstract: In order to investgate the effects of H2S on the quality of cold-storage passion fruit, fresh harvested fruits were treated with different concentrations of H2S(0 mmol/L, 1 mmol/L, 2 mmol/L, 3 mmol/L), packaged with BOPP plastic wrap and placed into 5±1°C for 35 days.
