“…The World Health Organization (WHO) states that routine screening for cervical cancer, either through visual inspection of acetic acid (IVA) or Pap Smear, can significantly reduce the morbidity and mortality of cervical cancer. Screening tests can detect pre-invasive and invasive processes in the very early stages, where if cervical cancer is found, treatment will be carried out as soon as possible so that the chances of cure will be higher than if cervical cancer is found in advanced studium [6].
