Abstract:This study investigates the innovative use of intumescent flame retardants (IFRs), specifically ammonium polyphosphate (APP), dipentaerythritol (DPER), and melamine cyanurate (MC), to enhance the flame retardancy and thermal stability of poly(ethylene‐co‐vinyl acetate)/high‐density polyethylene (EVA/HDPE) blends.
