Abstract: Lactoferrin is a member of the high affinity to glycoprotein family of transferrin for iron and plays a role in natural immunity as well as antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, antiparasitic, antioxidant, anticancer, antiinflammatory, bone health and immunomodulation.
