Effect of Leadership, Training, and Human Resources Competency to Employee Performance Through Motivation as Intervening Variables

Abstract: This study aims to determine the direct influence of empirical and indirect influence of leadership variables, training, human resource competencies, work motivation, and employee performance. This study uses 185 employees of PT Graha Resik Batam as a research sample. The data obtained were analyzed using path analysis with the help of SPSS 21 software.
