Abstract: Mice infected with mouse hepatitis virus A59 (MHV-A59), an enveloped, positive-strand RNA Coronavirus, induce hepatitis, thymus involution, IgG2a-restricted hypergammaglobulinaemia, transaminase release and autoantibodies (autoAb) to liver and kidney fumarylacetoacetate hydrolase (FAH).
