Abstract: Introduction The study aimed to investigate the impact of “Magnetized water” on the mechanical properties of M30-grade concrete partially replaced by silica sand. Methods Two different grades of silica sand were utilized as fine aggregate, with 25% and 50% replacement rates. The concrete was prepared using a W/C ratio of 0.41 and a specific amount of superplasticizer.
