Effect of mechanisms of discrete-pulse energy input on the physico-chemical indicators of oak extracts

Abstract: One of the most important stages in the creation of a number of spirits is aging. The aim of the work is to study the effect of discrete-pulse energy input on the physicochemical parameters of oak extracts.
