“…The density of the films was measured using a helium gas pycnometer (AccuPyc 1340 Series Pyconometers, Micromeritics). Positron lifetime measurements were performed using a 22 Na source (400 kBq). The lifetime spectrum S LT (t) is expressed by the following equation…”

“…When a polysilsesquioxane solution is coated on a substrate and then cured, a cross-linked gel film is formed. By taking advantage of their excellent mechanical and thermal stability and transparency, polysilsesquioxanes have been applied as a scratch-resistant coating, , barrier coating, , optical film, , and low dielectric film. Additionally, owing to their thermal stability and nonflammable property, the cross-linked gel film of polysilsesquioxanes may be utilized as thermal barrier coating under high-temperature conditions. Polysilsesquioxane also exhibits good processability for coating, which could be exploited for the fabrication of thermal barrier coating on various substrates and materials by spin coating, dip coating, or spray coating.…”

“…A strain of 1% within the linear viscoelastic region and an input frequency of 5 Hz were applied in the small amplitude oscillatory shear (SAOS) mode. The hydrogel mixtures were irradiated through the lower plate using UV light with a 365 nm wavelength and 1.25 mw/cm 2 intensity for 5 min [ 24 , 25 , 26 ].…”

“…UV-curing is an efficient method to fabricate high refractive index and optical transparent crosslinked polysiloaxanes. UV-curing systems are mainly divided into two parts, free radicals polymerization [20,21] and cationic polymerization [22,23]. To obtain UV-curable transparent polysiloxanes, photosensitive functional groups such as (meth)acryloyloxy groups, thiol-ene groups, or epoxy groups should be introduced [24][25][26][27].…”
