“…Figure 1B demonstrated the XRD of pure blend and their doping system with NiFe 2 O 4 in order to investigate the impact of NiFe 2 O 4 NPs contents on the CMC/PVA blend with varied wt% of NiFe 2 O 4 NPs. According to Figure 1B, pure CMC/PVA displayed a broad halo at 20.2°, confirming the blend's amorphous nature as claimed in the literature 33 . XRD patterns are used to study variations in peak breadth and intensity.…”

“…The Most of band intensities in the FT‐IR spectrum decrease with the addition of NiFe 2 O 4 NPs to the blend, particularly at the CH stretching vibrations, vibrations, and OH and CO stretching bands. These modifications were taken to suggest that the inclusion of NiFe 2 O 4 NPs resulted in the forming of cross‐links between the NiFe 2 O 4 NPs and the CO of CMC and the ether oxygen atoms of PVA 33 . By contrasting the infrared spectra of Figure 3, it is evident that the addition of NiFe 2 O 4 altered the spectra of the band intensity for pure blend.…”

“…Therefore, the V CB and V VB values of Ni-MOF and MnS are deduced to be −4.46 and −6.04 eV, respectively. The band gap ( E g ) can be estimated from the UV–vis DRS results (Figure S5) according to α hv = A ( hv – E g ) n /2 . , As shown in Tauc plots (Figure d, e), E g of MnS and Ni-MOF is estimated to be 3.27 and 2.65 eV, respectively. As a result, the energy band diagrams of MnS and Ni-MOF before contact are deduced (Figure f).…”

“…Material researchers have been interested in polymer blends because adding another polymer can alter the physical and structural characteristics of polymers to suit specific needs. It involves physically combining biopolymers to create a new material with some desirable properties that might be superior to any polymer component [10,11]. For example, the optical band gap, mechanical and dielectric properties of PMMA/PEO were reduced as it doped MWCNTs/Li-doped TiO2 nanoparticles [12].…”
