Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and supervision on employee work discipline during the implementation of work from home at The Medium Customs and Excise Office Type A Pasuruan. The total population is 125 employees, and all of them are used as samples. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods.
