Abstract:Introduction : Nasal reconstruction presents a challenge in case of patients with unilateral cleft lip and palate (UCLP). Correction of the nasal deformity to achieve a symmetrical nose from the deficient columella and malformed nasal cartilage in cleft patients presents a great challenge.
