Effect of Non-pharmaceutical Interventions on COVID-19 in Rwanda: An Observational Study

Abstract: Background On 11 March 2020, COVID-19 was declared as a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). The first case was identified in Rwanda on 24 March 2020. Three waves of COVID-19 outbreak have been observed since the identification of the first case in Rwanda.
