Abstract:In the current study, the probability densities and binding energy of the ground state and first excited sate in multishell quantum dot with parabolic confinement potential have been examined. Also, the effects of core radius, the number of well in structure and the presence of impurity on the total optical absorption coefficient have been investigated.
