Effect of opioid-free anaesthesia on post-operative period in cardiac surgery: a retrospective matched case-control study

Abstract: Background: No study has been conducted to demonstrate the feasibility of an opioid-free anesthesia (OFA) protocol in cardiac surgery to improve patient care.
