Abstract:Various studies have shown that oropharyngeal colostrum application (OPCA) is beneficial to preterm neonates. We performed a systematic review and meta‐analysis to assess whether OPCA reduces the incidence of culture‐proven neonatal sepsis in preterm neonates.
