Altan et al (36) in a randomized, prospective, 50 subjects evaluated the effect of Pilates technique in reducing pain symptoms, functional status and quality of life of patients with fibromyalgia. In the Pilates group were observed significant results regarding the improvement of pain, number of tender points, the scores of the impact of functional capacity, the Nottinghan scores of the health profile and algometrics scores, while the control group (intervention home exercises) improvements were identified only in the number of tender points and algométricos scores.…”
