Effect of Plasma on the Nucleation and Growth of Vertical Carbon Nanotube Array on 2-Dimensional Graphene

Abstract: This paper studies the nucleation and growth of vertical carbon nanotube array on 2-dimensional graphene and elaborates the impact of plasma on the same. It observes an analytical model of growth of Carbon Nanotubes (CNT) on the wonder material, Graphene has been developed.
