Effect of Proteoglycan Depletion on T2 Mapping in Rat Patellar Cartilage

Abstract: In rat patellar cartilage, T2 mapping permits detection of slight or severe proteoglycan depletion and concurrent changes of extracellular matrix when age-matched samples are compared.
