“…Twenty-one studies enrolled 12,981 patients (446 patients in RCTs and 12,531 patients in observational studies), with a mean age of 57.21 years and a mean proportion of men of 47.91%. Thirteen studies (3 RCTs (Hu F. et al, 2021;Liu S.
