Effect of quantum mechanics and relativistic frequency parameter on hot deformation behaviour of CoCrFeMnNiC0.5high entropy Alloy

Abstract: In the present investigation, a comparative study is carried out between the effect of the frequency parameter suggested by Zener-Hollomon (Z) and the effect of quantum mechanics and relativistic frequency parameter formulated by Muñoz-Andrade (M) on hot deformation behavior of CoCrFeMnNiC0.5 high entropy alloy (HEA), in the temperature range between 973 K and 1273 K and in the strain rate range between 0.001 and 1 s -1.
