Effect of rootstocks on volatile composition of Merlot wines

Abstract: BackgroundScion physiology and grape quality are impacted by rootstock choice. There is little available information about the effects of rootstock on wine volatile composition, particularly when comparing grafted with own‐rooted grapevines.
