Effect of Sarcocystosis Infection on Cytogenetic Peripheral Blood Lymphocytes in Ewes

Abstract: Aim of this study was to estimate the potential genotoxoicity of sarcocystiosis on cytogenetic of infected ewes lymphocystes by using different cytogenetic test. Forty ewes infected with sarcocystiosis and 20 healthy were collected as an uninfected group. Lymphocytes from peripheral blood of infected and uninfected ewes were used for culture and subsequent cytogenetic studies.
