Abstract:Tartary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum Gaertn) is becoming more and more popular due to its health benefits for humans. It contains important fibres, vitamins, certain minerals and antioxidants asrutin. Sprouts are a hot trend in the food production and nutrition.
