Thin Bi(Pb)-Sr-Ca-Cu-O films with higher than 100 K were prepared by ex situ planar magnetron sputtering on substrates. Films are c-axis oriented and present a mixture of 2212 and 2223 phases. The film composition dependence or the substrate temperature during deposition, target composition, and oxygen content in the Ar/ mixture was studied. Addition of silver resulted in decrease of resistance of the films and increase of by 5 K on average.
