Effect of Sitagliptin and Glimepiride on Pancreatic Beta-Cells during the Treatment of Type-2 Diabetic Mellitus by Statistical Analysis

Abstract: Aim: The study aimed to analyze the effect of Sitagliptin with Glimepiride during the treatment to improve pancreatic beta-cells in T2DM patients. Beta cells are type of cell found in pancreatic islet and also synthesize, secrete the insulin and amylin.
