Effect of Solanum lyratum Polysaccharide on Malignant Behaviors of Lung Cancer Cells by Regulating the Circ_UHRF1/miR-513b-5p Axis

Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the effect of Solanum lyratum polysaccharide on the malignant behavior of lung cancer cells and its possible mechanism. For this purpose, lung cancer A549 cells were cultured in vitro and treated with different doses (0.4, 0.8, 1.2 mg/mL) of Solanum lyratum polysaccharide for 24 h. Then cell proliferation was detected by the CCK-8 method and clone formation test.
