Effect of Some Nematicides on Hatching Eggs and Viability of Second Stage Juveniles of Root-Knot Nematode, Meloidogyne Incognita Under Laboratory Conditions
Abstract:This study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of three nematicides, Blue Guard, Garland garlic extract, Nema-kill at two concentrations of 50 and 100ppm in inhibiting egg hatching and killing second stage juveniles of root-knot nematode, M. incognita under laboratory conditions. The results showed the effectiveness of nematicides in inhibiting eggs and killing juveniles with significant differences compared with control treatments.
