“…here q denotes the Bragg's angle, b is the peak broadening or full-width at half-maxima (FWHM), k represents Scherrer's constant (shape factor), and l is the wavelength of the X-rays (1.5406 Å for CuK a ). 42 It was observed that with the increase in substitution contents, the crystallite size increased, but the porosity rst decreased for the BSN-1 sample and then gradually increased from 22.3% to 28.9%, however, it remained less than that of the pure BN sample (34.7%) as shown in Fig. 3(c).…”

“…On the other side in the variable distance hopping transport model the conductivity is expressed by the following Mott relation: 46 with T 0 is called the Mott temperature and is determined from the slope of the linear fit in the low-temperature region as shown in Fig. 3e .…”

“…In this work, we investigated the epitaxial growth of ferroelectric Ba 0.7 Sr 0.3 TiO 3 on GdScO 3 (110) substrates with the ScO 2 surface using sputtering deposition. Ferroelectric Ba 0.7 Sr 0.3 TiO 3 (BST70) near room temperature has a tetragonal structure with a = 3.9773 Å and c = 3.9709 Å, 13 which is quite different from the orthorhombic GdScO 3 (GSO) with a = 5.4862 Å, b = 5.7499 Å and c = 7.9345 Å. 14 However, by aligning [100]/[010] directions of the BST70 with [110]/[001] directions of the GSO, the in-plane lattice mismatches between the BST70 film and the GSO substrate are ∼0.0906% and 0.0907%, respectively.…”
