Effect of Stem Cells, Ascorbic Acid and SERCA1a Gene Transfected Stem Cells in Experimentally Induced Type I Diabetic Myopathy

Abstract: Background and Objectives: Sarco/endoplasmic reticulum Ca 2+ -ATPase (SERCA) inhibition was proved in streptozotocin (STZ)-diabetic rats.
