Abstract:Storage of hatching eggs for a period prior to incubation is unavoidable. Extended storage periods do affects egg quality, chick development and hatchability. There are variations in responses of eggs from different strains of chickens. Transylvanian naked neck chicken eggs were stored at 16±1.5℃ for either 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 or 18d.
