Abstract:To probe effect of Survivin-ASODN nano gene-carrier on apoptotic cycle of rectal cancer cells and expression of COX-2, SW837 cells were separated into blank control (A) group, liposome transfection Survivin-ASODN (B) group, and PLA-CS nanogene transfection Survivin-ASODN (C) group.
