Effect of Tamoxifen on Fasting Serum Lipid Profile in Breast Cancer Patients

Abstract: Background:Tamoxifen acts as a selective estrogen receptor modulator by binding to the estrogenreceptors on mammary epithelium andblockingtheproliferative action of estrogen on mammaryepithelium.
