Effect of tanniniferous plants and essential oils on methane emission in ruminants

Abstract: This experiment was carried out to assess the effect of tannins content and biological activity of leucaena (Leucaena leucocephala) on in vivo total tract apparent digestibility, nitrogen balance, ruminal fermentation and methane emission.
