Abstract:The temperature properties of the first excited state (FES) splitting energy (FESSE) of a strongly-coupled impurity magneto acoustic polaron (IMAP) in monolayer graphene is studied by using the linear combination operator method, unitary transformation and quantum statistical theory. The expression of the FESSE versus the temperature, the Coulombic impurity potential strength (CIPS), the Debye cutoff wave number (DCWN) and the magnetitude of the magnetic field strength (MMFS) has been derived. scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
