Effect of the Drug Prostimul on the Indicators of Endogenous Intoxication and Antioxidant Protection in Sows

Abstract: The article presents the results of studying the effect of the drug Prostimul on the indicators of endogenous intoxication and the antioxidant status of sows. It has been found that the use of Prostimul is accompanied by an increase in the indicators of enzymatic (catalase and glutathione peroxidase) and non-enzymatic (vitamins A, E and C) links of antioxidant protection, as well as a decrease in the content of transition products of free radical processes in the body of experimental animals.
