Effect of the neodymium doping on the magnetic and structural properties of the Sr-hexaferrite obtained by the Pechini method

Abstract: In this work, neodymium (Nd3+) doped strontium hexaferrite was obtained using the sol–gel based Pechini method. The cation distribution was modified by doping with different amounts of Nd3+ ions when 0.0 ? x ? 0.4 according to the chemical expression Sr1-xNdxFe12O19 the powders were sintered at 1100 °C for 1 h.
