Abstract: The gonadotropin‐releasing hormone (GnRH) stimulation test is used to investigate testicular production of testosterone (T) when performing a breeding soundness examination. In male dogs with fertility problems, the prostate should also be investigated as prostatic conditions may frequently lower semen quality.
