Effect of the Tool to Reduce Inappropriate Medications on Medication Communication and Deprescribing

Abstract: Background/Objectives Polypharmacy and prescribing potentially inappropriate medications (PIMs) are common among older persons. Appropriate prescribing requires robust communication and shared decision making about medications.
