Abstract:Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) can grow well on materials that contain carbohydrates. One of the fungal growth ingredients that contain carbohydrates is corn flour. In addition to corn flour, molasses can also be used to stimulate the growth of white oyster mushrooms.
