Abstract: The subject of the study presented in this paper is to quantify the effect of fiber content on the mechanical and mainly fatigue response of fine-grained cement-based composites. The reference cement-based composite was without fibers. Three types of fibers were used as dispersed reinforcement: tire cords (waste material), steel, and polypropylene.
