Effect of Tourism Pressure on the Mediterranean Diet Pattern

Abstract: Despite proposed conceptual frameworks of eating behaviors, little is known about environmental factors contributing to changes in food habits. Few studies have reported the external influence of tourism on the inhabitants’ eating patterns.
