Effect of Tranexamic Acid on Blood Loss in Brain Tumour Resection Surgery

Abstract: INTRODUCTION: Intraoperative blood loss is considered to be one of the major complications in neurosurgical operations and neurosurgical procedures and is directly related to the postoperative morbidity and mortality.
