Effect of transverse magnetic field on the electromagnetic wave propagation in semiconductor plasmas at high electric field

Abstract: Instabilities of electromagnetic (e. m. ) waves in semiconductor plasmas in the presence of a transverse magnetostatic field have been studied by a number of workers under different assumptions /1 to 7/.
