Effect of Tuck Loops on Fabric Properties of Cardigan Derivative Structures

Abstract: Exploring the effect of tuck loops on fabric properties of some knitted structures was aimed in this study. Samples were produced on a Stoll V-bed knitting loom with 100% acrylic yarn. Five types of knit structures (1x1 rib, half cardigan, double half cardigan, cardigan and double cardigan) were knitted with identical machine settings.
