Effect of Viscosity of Liquid Resin on Resin Self-Alignment Capability

Abstract: We developed highly precise self-alignment process using resin materials for next generation microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), micro-opto-electro-mechanical systems (MOEMS) and optoelectronic multichip modules (OE-MCMs) applications.
