Abstract: Cancer of gastrointestinal tract, such as colorectal cancer (CRC) and gastric cancer (GC), are common types of cancer globally and their origin can be linked to oxidative stress conditions. Commonly available antioxidants, such as vitamins C and E, are widely considered as potential anti-cancer agents.
