Effect of wages system on maintenance personnel performance

Abstract: Under market conditions, the weight of each employee performance increases and impacts efficiency of divisions and a company in whole. An important part in this regard belongs to the system of wages as a tool capable to kindle interest of personnel in the desired results of work. Experience shows that Russian mining companies follow the prevailing trend of raising salary level generally under influence of external factors, such as inflation.
