Effect of x-ray tube voltage variation to value of contrast to noise ratio (CNR) on computed tomography (CT) Scan at RSUD Bali Mandara

Abstract: Research has been conducted on the effect of variations in X-ray tube voltage to value of Contrast to Noise Ratio (CNR) on CT Scan at Bali Mandara Hospital using a phantom as a patient replacement. This research aims to determine the effect of X-ray tube voltage to the CNR value. Exposure factors used are X-ray tube voltage with variations of 80, 110, 120 and 135 kV, constant X-ray tube current of 150 mA and constant exposure time of 1 s. The readings of Io, Ib, and sb values in phantom images were performed u… Show more

“…[4] Economic factors are one of the most important axes that can't be underestimated in terms of the success of treatment plan, or receiving treatment, as economic factors are the main axis in the occurrence or elimination of disease, as stated in the conflict theory and its concepts centered on economic factors and what can produce from various effects. [5] Medical sociology is concerned with the factors that led to the occurrence of the disease, in addition to the factors that help to get rid of it such as economic factors, housing conditions, the patient's job, pressures and social influences that could lead to the emergence of the disease. “…The quantity of microbes present in the blood during BSI ranges from 1 x 10 CFU/mL [6,7] to 1 × 10 3 -10 4 CFU/mL [8] . Blood cultures currently represent the main method to determine the etiology of a BSI because they are highly sensitive and easy to perform.…”
